How It Works

When you call us with your interest in selling your backyard or having a new home built for you for FREE, the first thing we will ask is your address. We obviously ask this so we can make an assessment of your backyard.

We will then find out the option you are interested in. Once you have told us the option you are interested in, we then go ahead and do an assessment on your property to see if that option is possible.

Once we have done our research and made enquiries with the relevant authorities, we will then come back to you with our thoughts and the options available to you.

If you are happy with the possible options, we will then make an appointment to come out and view your property.

After we have viewed your property, we will then get back to you with an offer.

If you want to sell your backyard, we will assess all the costs and risks associated with applying for approval to subdivide your backyard. We will then make you an offer based on the value of your backyard minus the risk and costs associated with applying for approval and subdivision of your backyard, which on average is between $60,000 - $70,000.

If you want to build a new home, we will do a feasibility assessment on your property and also assess all the costs and risks associated with building you a new home for FREE. We will then come back to you with our offer based on what we believe will be feasible and also based on all the risks and costs associated with building you a new home for FREE on your land.

Both the options we offer are totally risk FREE to you and will never at any stage cost you any cash whatsoever. If we are unable to achieve the desired outcome, we will be responsible for all costs associated.
