We ask you for your address so we can do some preliminary enquires with the council and relevant authorities to see if that option is available to you.

Once we have made all the relevant enquiries and it may be possible to build you a Brand New Home For FREE, we will then contact you to make an appointment to come and inspect your property.

After inspecting your property, we will then have a discussion with you to find out what your requirements and needs and wants are.

We will then come back to you with an offer of what we can do for you.

If you are happy with what we can do for you, we will then proceed with applying for all the relevant permits and approvals needed.

Once all the relevant permits and approvals have been obtained, we then proceed with building your new home.

Once your brand new home is finished, we then hand you the keys and you can start enjoying it.

Please Note: If for some reason we are unable to obtain the relevant permits and approvals to build your brand new home, all the costs associated with the permit and approval applications with be our responsibility and you will never have to pay any money whatsoever at anytime.
